I’m Tammi Godfrey Byrum and  I am a native of Perquimans County, born  and raised a farmer’s daughter in the Durant’s Neck area of the county.  In 2005,  I married my husband, Andrew Byrum of Belvidere, NC. Together we have one daughter,  Lilah, who is a Junior at Perquimans County High School.  Prior to us getting married , I collaborated with Andrew’s parents,  to create and open a gift shop in their restaurant, The Nicholson House, which is located in a restored Victorian in the heart of Belvidere, North Carolina.  We are proud to say in December 2023, we will begin our 20th year in business.  It has truly been a family affair.  

 Over the years, the shop has grown and evolved in many ways and we have had  the pleasure of carrying  a variety of apparel, accessories and home decor.  I personally do love creating displays and find such joy in hand picking each and every item just for our customers.  It is my passion by far!
