Owner of TNT-GRILL and CATERING est. 2019. I have been a Chef for over 20 years, 15 years as the manager at Montero’s Restaurant in Elizabeth City and at Aramark-East Carolina University prior to opening TNT.

Born and raised in Hertford, I am a product of hard knocks, hard work, a passion for good food and my family! I am first and foremost a family man, with 6 children ranging from 4 years to 23 years old. When I’m not busy cooking, I coach at the Perquimans County Recreational Department.

Future plans include having evening dinner hours that will highlight my culinary skills and I will be offering my Chef skills for the New Dinner Boat for Harbor Towns Inc.
